An 11-year-old boy underwent ligation of sac for left congenital hydrocele. In the immediate
postoperative period, he developed bleeding per rectum and obstructive features. Intramural
hematoma of sigmoid colon was detected in diagnostic laparoscopy and confirmed by laparotomy.
